Keeping up with the exercises! Whoot! I just finished day 4 of level 2 work out and I gotta say, it's not easy. My legs, especially my thighs, and shoulders are starting to hurt and not in a good way. My shoulders are oddly stiff when I do the cardio portions and I don't think that's a good burn or not.. But the most important thing is that I'm keeping at it! I am proud of me! This is the longest I've stuck to a workout regiment since I was 10 years-old, and even that wasn't much of a regiment. The other thing about this workout is I don't have any idea how much weight I've actually lost either since I haven't gotten a scale yet :P I do belie

Whelp! I'm pretty proud of myself! This is the most, well second most, consistent thing that I've done! Other that being married and starting my 30-shred work out video thing. So this is like the 3rd most consistent thing I've kept up with. Hooray me! Well my 2014 year has started off alright. I've stuck to most of my resolutions, what with staying fit and being less harsh with myself. The last thing is hard to really keep in check though. Money is such a fickle thing. So! It's week two, thus begins journal #2. Well I've recently partaken in the Netflix fad, due to the Doctor Who fad. I've come to the conclusion that Doctor Who is a pretty awesome series of stories. And it's very addicting as well. Just watching TV is an addiction, but it's also relaxing since there's nothing else. I've been working out and trying to limit how much food I eat a day. That's a bit difficult. I like to eat, but not gorge. Food is just good, you know? See I'm not trying to justify not exercising, or not dieting, I'm just stating a fact.
